Ok, I’m back. Took a few days to get m act together after Mina’s Birthday party, mom’s visit/departure, and decompression day. Today was all about kicking me back into the momentum I lost last week somewhere!
Back to business time- Time to “Act Out” my life! Shakespeare wrote:
All the world’s a stage,
And all the men and women merely players.
They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages.
If the world was a play and you could act out the life you want, what would that look like: Costumes, Environment, Job….? You control who moves through your play, who is important to your journey, who is not, and the means to get there. By putting a sort of Holographic suit on, you take the first step into bring the Holograph out of the Holo-deck of Star Trek and into the real world. This lesson made my mind shift automatically to Star Trek and the Next Generation. Remember the Holodeck and the alternate “Real” environments there? The Conversations between Picard and Q about the meaning of Life?
It’s time to step on stage and play out your life, the way you see it unfolding. The more you believe it and do it, the less it will feel like acting and the more you will feel more confident in your own abilities to become who you “play.”
