After reading this chapter about keeping score, for some reason I began to remember play the game Pac-Man as a kid. I would save my quarters to play over and over, against myself, trying to beat my last score. I wanted my name up there with the high scores! Instead of ghosts in the maze, we are chasing money, jobs, love…everything that seems to elude our capture but could really knocks us down if we are not ready.

We go through the maze of “Life” trying to get better and better, keeping the momentum.
This chapter talks about keeping score to push you further. I think I may create a Ms. Pac-Man themed scoreboard to keep track of my wins, or even a family Pac-Man chart for our family. You know, Mr and Ms Pac-Man with their 3 little ghosties! What a fun idea to start with the kids! They are already competitive with each other to win, why no create a system in which they take that competitive edge and use it to push them to beat their own score!
We are always trying to better ourselves, let’s just make a game out of it! I think this is going to be fun!
