
I don’t know about you, but I have the tendency to GO-GO-GO…Crash!! in how I handle my time and projects. Then, I need to reignite motivation in order to do the simplest things. Sound familiar?
I have decided to do things a bit differently this year. In addition to making out my weekly agenda of To-Do’s, I am planning rest time into the equation…even if it is only 5 minutes.
It’s time for us to take 5 minutes to:
- Breathe
- Reflect
- Think
- Appreciate
- Be Grateful
- Have a cup of tea
- Reconnect with who you are
- Meditate
- Eat
….or just do nothing at all!
