I woke up with a dream last night and my mentor, Lyn, had a very cool message: “Work hard, work long, but work at being a Legend, not a Celebrity. Your lessons will last longer.” She was being filmed for TV. Every time she would end the segment, she would look straight in the camera and say “Be a legend, not a Celebrity.”
I understood what she meant. Legends have a message to give. It is the message not the the messenger that is important. A legend is filled with wisdom, not fluff, bright lights and big hair. If you have something to say that resonates with others, it will be passed, person to person, and it’s truth will be long-lasting.

Also, the dream came with a recipe. Somehow over the course of preparing each film segment, Lyn had come across a word grouping: Zen is Lemon juice, avocado, with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. Lyn and I went back and forth about how to take those words and make it a recipe. Here is what we came up with:
So nice to start a new week with such a motivating dream! Time to hit the ground running!
