Mr. Hall’s practice includes over twelve years of experience in litigation, including family law, criminal defense, child welfare, appeals, and juvenile court matters. He began practicing family law as a staff attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Salt Lake. Mr. Hall later served for over eight years as parent’s counsel in abuse and neglect matters in the juvenile court and represented clients in family law and criminal matters. He has presented at State and National conventions on issues of child welfare law and is serving his third term on the Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee for the Rules of Juvenile Procedure.
Mr. Hall has participated in Mock Trial competitions since high school, receiving All-American Honors at the National Tournament as a college student. As a High School Mock Trial Attorney Coach his teams won the Utah State Competition three years in a row. He serves as a board member for the non-profit agencies House of Hope and the Fathers and Family Coalition of Utah.
When not practicing law he enjoys spending time with his spouse and two children and practicing traditional Chinese martial arts.
