Who you gonna call to help you move through the junk that takes up space in your mind? I feel that sometimes the issues that plague us are like ghosts of past. Those ghosts whisper to you from the shadows and negatively affect your esteem and self worth. Well, it’s time to gather your posse, strap on those zappy Ghostbuster backpacks, and exorcise your demons.
Last week, we cleared our space, now it’s time to clear our head. No one has to do it alone, so think of who is on your cheer-leading team that can help you deal with the residuals. It’s list time!
- Make some tea, sit down, and grab a piece of paper.
- Create categories for the various aspects in your life (relationship, financial, home, work, etc).
- What are your limiting beliefs about yourself that bubble up when you sit with each category?
- Who can you call to help you work through these limiting beliefs shifting them into Empowering beliefs?
