The most fun lunch hour around! Make a date to meet a friend, or a client for lunch at Salt Lake Culinary Education (SLICE)!
Most every Wednesday we have 2 of our chefs create an original and delicious dish! You’ll be able to watch the chefs work, ask the chefs questions and hear their tips and tricks, and have a great time catching up with a friend. Food will be served (half portions of each dish to equal a full portion – you won’t go away hungry!)
This is an omnivorous event-we cannot guarantee there will be vegetarian, gluten-free or lactose-free options.

As much as we’d love to have you dine with us, we can no longer accommodate walk ins for lunch in order for us to plan sufficient quantities of food.
